Thousands of Choral Artists Celebrate Awards at Grand Finale

The Izmir International Polyphonic Choir Festival, organized in collaboration with the Izmir Metropolitan Municipality and the Izmir Branch of the Turkish Polyphonic Choirs Association, marked its grand finale with an impressive awards ceremony. Over a span of four days, the festival featured performances from 70 choirs, including participants from various regions of Turkey and Greece, bringing together a total of 2,560 singers. The event not only celebrated the rich diversity of choral music but also honored exceptional talent. The prestigious 'Jury Special Award' was presented to the Marsias Women’s Choir, the TPKD Swara Youth Choir, and pianist Yiğit Yüksel, recognizing their outstanding contributions to the festival.
