In a shocking incident that unfolded in Kâğıthane, two men, Hakan Ç. (25) and Görkem Serkan T. (25), reported being held captive and tortured for three days due to a debt dispute. The victims were reportedly bound with packing tape and subjected to violent assaults by their captors. Police intervened to rescue the two men, resulting in the arrest and subsequent detention of four suspects linked to the brutal incident.
In his testimony, Görkem Serkan T. recounted the harrowing details of his ordeal, stating, "A man named Mahsun threatened me over the phone, saying, 'You will come to me, or I will leave your brother paralyzed.' Out of fear, I complied and was taken to an apartment where I experienced unimaginable torture. They melted plastic on my back, and a man named Yusuf cut deeply into my pinky finger, my left eye, and my arm with a knife."
Hakan Ç. also shared his terrifying experience, revealing a moment of potential escape. "When a person named Zeki left the room, we were momentarily alone. Seizing the opportunity, I stood up and cautiously moved towards the window in hopes that someone outside would notice me. At that moment, I locked eyes with a woman and showed her my bound hands, pleading for help," he stated.
