Remembering Prof. Dr. Coşkun Özdemir: A Legacy of Medicine

Prof. Dr. Coşkun Özdemir, a renowned figure in medicine, left us last week at the age of 95. His remarkable journey began when I first met him in 2004, during the writing of my book, 'A Physician's Symphonic Story,' inspired by the works of Prof. Dr. Bülent Tarcan, who lived from 1914 to 1981. It was during this time that I truly appreciated the depth of his knowledge and the profound impact he had on his peers and students alike. Throughout his life, Prof. Dr. Özdemir dedicated himself to the advancement of medical science, tirelessly working to improve patient care and mentor the next generation of healthcare professionals.
