Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality to Provide Support for Students and Families on Exam Days

The Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (İBB) is reaffirming its commitment to supporting students and their families during crucial examination periods. On the days of the LGS (High School Entrance Exam) and YKS (University Entrance Exam), İBB will set up refreshment stations around exam centers to provide free food assistance to candidates and their relatives. This initiative aims to alleviate some of the stress associated with these important assessments. The distribution of food packages will occur at ten different locations, strategically chosen to be close to the exam venues. Mobile vehicles will be stationed outside schools, ready to serve candidates and their families with tea, water, cakes, and fruit juices, ensuring they have the necessary refreshments while waiting for their exam results. This supportive measure is part of İBB's broader efforts to enhance the experience for students and their families during examination days. By providing these amenities, the municipality hopes to not only feed those in attendance but also create a more welcoming environment during what can be a tense time for students preparing for their futures.
